Andrew Saltoun
President and CEO
Prior to joining Integra, Mr. Saltoun was an investment professional at Vestar Capital Partners, a $7 billion private equity firm and Duane Street Capital. While at Vestar, he invested over $100 million of equity capital and was responsible for evaluating and executing new investments, working with many of Vestar's portfolio companies, including those in the healthcare industry. Mr. Saltoun started his career as an Investment Banker at Goldman Sachs, & Co., where he advised on mergers and acquisitions with an aggregate value of over $11 billion. He brings significant experience raising capital in the public markets where he completed over $500 million of equity offerings and $600 million of debt financings. Mr. Saltoun has also been successfully involved with numerous entrepreneurial, growth companies, including Bonobos, New Media Learning, Second Time Around, Axial Markets, and the Hurricane Club. Mr. Saltoun holds an MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business where he focused on the growth and management of entrepreneurial companies.
Steven Lowenbraun
Executive Vice President & Founder
Steven has over twenty years of experience in HealthCare, Financial Institutions and Operations. Prior to founding IntegraPartners, Steven worked at American Stock Transfer and Trust Company, managing the Financial Transactions Department. Steven's experience in HealthCare began when he purchased and ran an Orthotics Company. Steven combined his experience in financial transactions with his HealthCare background and determined that there was a way of combining the two fields. Using his unique skills, entrepreneurial ability and his interpersonal skills with providers, Steven developed and carved out a unique business niche as consolidator of DME, Orthotics and Prosthetics, and Specialty Wheelchair manufacture and distribution. Steven received his Bachelors degree from Touro College in Business Management.
Peter Kase
Chief Operating Officer
Peter brings to Integra significant experience which spans forty years. An accountant by education and training, his career has been equally divided between health care and finance. The early part of his career was devoted to finance as the Chief Financial Officer of a mid-sized publically traded financial services company. Beginning in 1991, Peter became involved in healthcare. During the intervening years he was responsible for the operations of a 250,000 member health plan in New York; physician practice operations including finance, budgeting and reimbursement. Peter is also a CPA who brings a high level of experience and energy to the Integra team.
David Florman
Co-Director of Managed Care
David has over 30 years of broad professional experience in the health care industry, including senior executive positions in the healthcare provider sector with community hospitals and key academic medical centers as well as leadership roles in the payer/insurance community with regional and national managed care organizations including Aetna, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield (WellPoint), and UnitedHealth Group.
In addition, David has held several graduate school level faculty positions throughout his career as well as key leadership roles with the American Hospital Association and the Health Plan Association of New York State. He has also served on the boards of several community-based and philanthropic organizations and currently serves as a Director of Metropolitan Health Networks, a Florida-based health care company. David earned his M.B.A. in Health Care Administration from the Baruch College/Mount Sinai School of Medicine Graduate Program, The City University of New York.
Arnold Tannen
Co-Director of Managed Care
Arnold has almost 40 years of experience in hospital administration, healthcare management, health insurance and managed care contracting, strategic planning, provider network development, physician-hospital relations, management consulting and marketing.
Arnold has held senior hospital positions including COO for the development and opening of the Schneider Children's Hospital at Long Island Jewish Medical Center and then COO for the Long Island College Hospital. Arnie has held senior leadership positions in the New York market for Aetna and then Horizon Healthcare of New York. In both corporations, he was responsible for the contracting and maintenance of the provider network covering New York City, Long Island and the Hudson Valley. Arnold earned his B.A. from Long Island University.

Brandon Cope
Mr. Cope is an investment professional with Peterson Partners. Prior to joining Peterson Partners, Brandon was a partner with Peterson Ventures where he led numerous investments in search funds, small, cash-flowing businesses, and early-stage companies. Prior to joining Peterson Ventures, Brandon worked for McKinsey & Company, an international management consulting firm. Brandon has an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management and M.S. and B.S. degrees in Accounting from Brigham Young University. He currently serves on the boards of several companies, including Eyewitness Surveillance, Hemasource, HireVue, Integra Partners, LifeSeasons, Mity-Lite, UnitedLayer, and Veri-Tax.
Bill Egan
Mr. Egan is a founding partner of Marion Equity Partners, a Boston based investment firm. Prior to Marion Equity Partners, he identified and backed several of America’s leading growth companies in the information technology, life sciences, and communications industries as a founding partner of Burr, Egan, Deleage & Co. He is the past President and Chairman of the National Venture Capital Association, a Trustee of the University of Pennsylvania, and an Overseer of The Wharton School. Mr. Egan serves on the boards of directors of Cephalon, Inc. and CRH plc, as well as on several boards of directors of privately held companies including Integra Partners. Mr. Egan received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Fairfield University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Travis Everton
Mr. Everton is an investment professional with Peterson Partners. Prior to joining Peterson Partners, Travis was a Senior Associate with Sorenson Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity fund, where he completed investments in various industries, including Aerospace and Energy Services. Before joining Sorenson Capital, Travis worked for L.E.K. Consulting, an international management consulting firm, in its Los Angeles office. Travis received a Masters of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Finance from Brigham Young University. He serves on the boards of Codi, Quality Mechanical, and Rocky Mountain Rubber.
Orrin Feingold
Mr. Feingold recently joined Deluxe Entertainment Services Group, a media post-production company, as its CFO, and was previously the CFO of MultiPlan, a national preferred provider organization. At MultiPlan, Mr. Feingold was responsible for private equity, lender, analyst, and auditor relationships, financial operations, employee benefit oversight, and key vendor relationships. Earlier in his career, Mr. Feingold was the CFO of MagnaCare, a privately held plan management company serving 500,000 members. Before that, he held CFO roles at HealthFirst, a $2.3B in premium government programs HMO, and Prudential Healthcare's specialty products division.
Joel Peterson
Mr. Peterson is the founder of private investment funds managing over $400 million of equity capital and has been a lecturer at Stanford University’s Business School since 1992. Between 1973 and 1991, he was treasurer, CFO, Board member and CEO of Trammell Crow Company, one of the world’s largest real estate development firms. He has served on dozens of public and private boards over the past 35 years, including Asurion, the Dallas Market Center, and Texas Commerce Bank and is currently Chairman of the Board at JetBlue Airways, Lead Director at Franklin Covey, Integra Partners, and an Overseer at the Hoover Institution. Mr. Peterson holds a Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Kent Weaver
Mr. Weaver is currently Chairman and CEO of Progressive Home Care and a board member of Integra Partners. Previously, Mr. Weaver held executive positions in marketing and product management for KnowledgeLINK, a venture-backed technology services company. Prior to this, Mr. Weaver served as a regional CFO and business analyst in Pepsico's Pizza Hut Division. Mr. Weaver began his career with Ernst & Young, where he led engagement teams in the areas of strategic formation, valuation, restructuring, and corporate finance. Mr. Weaver received his MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles and a BS in finance from the University of Southern California.
